Story of an It

I smile at my yesterday
Though they made me cry back in the day
I fly with my thoughts along with clouds
Hoping for the day I  be filled with applauds

Creature,Thing, It. I been called names too many
For the Darwin's world I will always be an other guy
My heart is buried in mohenjo daro
With no machine but my will  to decipher

I am no Icarus with  wings of wax
But a fiery Griffin whose wings got clipped
I a man in chains ready to take on the world
If the world call me a  "he" rather than a "it"
